If you’re wanting to upgrade your lighting system and want to use trustworthy and compliant suppliers to help you not only source your new light fittings but potentially install it too, then our LED Framework is here to provide the pathway to help you achieve this.
This framework covers all major product manufacturers and significant volume discounts with installers capable of delivering a nationwide service.
We have two options available on this framework depending on your requirements, and can help you select the most appropriate route for your requirements.
Managed Access – This is where we can do all the hard work for you by managing the entire process tailored according to your organisation’s needs. From offering free site surveys, production of a project specification with energy saving calculations, to assisting with the business case, procurement of fittings and installers, project managing the installation including health & safety requirements, and acting as Principal Designer on the project on your behalf.
Direct Access – For those customers who wish to develop and manage their own projects directly there is the option to access the framework directly. By taking this option you will have responsibility for managing all the steps such as specifying the products you require, agreeing the pricing and ensuring that your organization is achieving value for money.
We understand the challenges that can come with finding the right products and contractors and therefore we have done the hard work for you.
Our framework is fully compliant with Public Contract Regulations and features a range of suppliers who ensure value for money on both products and installations. All of which have had their background checks, are suitably qualified, and are ready to deliver either via our direct or managed access routes saving you both time and money.
You want your LED project to be as stress free as possible and we want that for you too which is why we manage and monitor the framework, so you don’t have to. We also have a specialist in-house LED Projects team who can provide you with an end-to-end project delivery, from the point of initial survey, to project completion, including project management of all on-site works and suppliers, allowing you to simply realise the energy-saving and financial benefits of the project itself.
This lot is for the supply arrangement for all of the LED lighting, Fixtures and Fittings that you may require which can be delivered directly to you, and can be arranged on your behalf through our managed service, or can be used to aid procurement of fittings during other projects you may be undertaking.
Commonplace to use alongside Lot 1, this covers a range of contractors, selected according to your individual requirements, in order for your Lot 1 purchased fixtures and fittings to be installed. The selected contractor will be named the Principal Contractor in accordance with health and safety, and can save considerable time on procurement and tender process.
When managing a project yourself through direct access, you may be prefer to deal with a single party only, in which case this would be the lot for you, and you would be able to work directly with the supplier to agree your specification and installation plan for the work to be carried out.
