Queen Mary University London received a retail price saving of £6,500 per annum.
At the time, there was a lack of accurate meter readings and problems with existing water billing which had proved highly administrative for the team at QMUL. Through success of a mini-tender run by LASER and support through our Energy Management provision, we were able to help QMUL identify a 1,250 litre leak. If left unfixed this could have resulted in a £24,000 per annum in water bills.
