Jack is LASER’s Associate Director of Operations, bringing over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Having previously held leadership roles at organisations such as SystemsLink and Transport for London, and with a strong background in both Bureau and Customer Services at LASER, Jack combines deep sector knowledge with hands-on operational expertise.
Now leading LASER’s operational teams, Jack is responsible for driving performance across systems, procurement, pricing, and business improvement. His strength in delivering operational efficiencies and leading system transformation projects is central to LASER’s continued success and long-term growth.
