LED Lighting

Building a brighter, better and energy efficient future for your organisation with LED Lighting.

The energy markets are seeing record high prices right now and the best way to mitigate these price increases is to use less energy.

Sounds so simple but...how do you make that happen in your public sector organisation so that you are reducing energy and bringing down costs without cutting down on core business needs.

LED lighting can help you achieve your energy and financial goals.

Did you know that LED lighting has shown 70% reductions in lighting electricity usage? Plus, it can also help reduce building electricity use by 20% meaning that you will be contributing to decarbonising your organisation’s building while seeing a positive return on investment.

Why LED Lighting?

LED Lighting is a cost effective and energy efficient choice that can also enhance the environment and experience of your local communities, colleagues, pupils and more. If you have Zero Carbon targets that you are looking to reach LED Lighting is a very environmentally friendly lighting choice and a key opportunity in helping you achieve those targets.

The Difference LED Lighting can make

Upgrades to LED lighting are often prompted by a drive to save money and reduce carbon emissions, but projects also deliver added benefits, including;

  • Better lighting quality, making spaces more inviting and productive.
  • Light fittings through our framework carry a warranty of at least 5 years and expected lifespan of 10 or more. No tubes need changing unlike fluorescent fittings thus giving you greater longevity.
  • Opportunity and flexibility to redesign the lighting of a space, often the use of teaching or office spaces has changed since the original lighting was installed.
  • Chance to upgrade emergency lighting to the latest standards, improving compliance and safety.

Previous LED projects have ranged from specialist colour changing lighting to enhance a resort town sea front, to organisation wide rollouts in Councils, Fire Services and Academy Trusts.

Using the OJEU compliant LASER framework was a one-stop shop for the Trust. LASER assisted with our funding application providing us with technical information we needed. They carried out a thorough site survey, sourced the installation team and materials via their framework, and managed the installation from start to finish. Works were completed in four weeks, and the engineers on site were efficient, polite, clean and tidy.
