The first mini-tender has been run through LASER’s Water Framework, with the customer forecasting savings of over 6%. This is above what is generally being seen in the market.
In addition to financial savings, the customer chose to place significant weighting on customer services and therefore expects to see significant improvements from their new supplier. Inclusion of an EDI requirement as a pass/fail element of their mini tender is also anticipated to bring further administration savings through invoice processing.
