Do you have access to the LASER web portal?
If you are a Fully Managed customer, the LASER web portal is available to you. Designed to help you understand your energy usage, the portal offers a range of services which will make your life easier and simpler.
The LASER web portal provides:
- Access to up to date billing.
- A full record of historic invoices.
- Records of all active queries on your account with the name of the person at LASER managing them.
- Access to all metering information regarding your site.
- The ability to upload meter readings which are validated and sent directly to the suppliers.
- Copies of the Customer quarterly newsletter
- Contact details for your dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.
