Do you have access to the LASER web portal?

If you are a Fully Managed customer, the LASER web portal is available to you.  Designed to help you understand your energy usage, the portal offers a range of services which will make your life easier and simpler.

The LASER web portal provides:

  • Access to up to date billing.
  • A full record of historic invoices.
  • Records of all active queries on your account with the name of the person at LASER managing them.
  • Access to all metering information regarding your site.
  • The ability to upload meter readings which are validated and sent directly to the suppliers.
  • Copies of the Customer quarterly newsletter
  • Contact details for your dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team.
