Dedicated Customer Support Team

You will be appointed a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager who will regularly consult with you to develop a deep understanding of your portfolio and requirements to ensure your needs are met and to make sure a high level of service is maintained. We will also provide a dedicated customer email inbox and respond to all email enquiries sent to the inbox within 48 hours of receipt.

Query Management, Resolution & Reporting

Our knowledge, dedication and energy industry relationships put us in a strong position to get queries resolved quickly. We will resolve all invoicing and site queries on behalf of our customers that utilise our fully-managed service. This includes, liaising with corporate site contacts, suppliers and industry third parties, providing timely and comprehensive updates throughout the course of the query and using our internal escalation process to monitor and review all open queries on a regular basis.
